Cornerstone’s Project Management philosophy focuses on craft-level task ownership, leveraging real-time task management tools to eliminate traditional “pull” notification systems and provide comprehensive, easily-obtainable status updates to internal and external stakeholders. This process eliminates traditional Project Controller roles and allows the PM to focus on value-added project tasks, reducing overhead/indirect costs while providing greater visibility to the client.

The CEI team has extensive experience in EPC Program Management, Construction Management, project scoping, and execution on both the contractor and owner’s side, allowing us to produce true “fit-for-purpose” package deliverables with a focus on the end user. Lean project processes, unfiltered KPI tracking, and detailed scope development provides full transparency to our clients, with an emphasis on relationship-based project execution with processes catered to each specific client. Our ultimate project management goal is to ensure each dollar spent by the project owner drives true value-added project deliverables.
